Fall 2023 PCOS Diet Plan

Monday

Breakfast: Spiced pumpkin overnight oats

Lunch: Harvest fall salad

Snack: Apple slices + cheese

Dinner: Creamy garlic chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans

Tuesday

Breakfast: Baked egg bites with whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit 

Lunch: Bento box with 2 hard-boiled eggs, cheese slices, grapes, whole wheat pita and peanut butter or hummus

Snack: Clementine + Greek Yogurt Cup + Almonds

Dinner: Honey-glazed salmon with quinoa and roasted broccoli

Wednesday

Breakfast: Chia spiced overnight oats

Lunch: Simple grilled chicken wrap

Snack: Bell pepper slices + Hummus + WW Pita

Dinner: Grilled chicken Greek salad with a side of rice

Thursday:

Breakfast: Pesto veggie eggs wrap

Lunch: LEFTOVER Grilled chicken Greek salad with a side of rice

Snack: Apple Slices + Peanut butter

Dinner: Turkey meatballs, whole wheat pasta and steamed vegetables

Friday

Breakfast: High protein oatmeal bake

Lunch: LEFTOVER Turkey meatballs, whole wheat pasta and steamed vegetables

Snack: Greek Yogurt + Granola + Frozen Mixed Berries

Dinner: Baked haddock, roasted potatoes and green beans

Saturday

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt + Granola + Frozen Mixed Berries

Lunch: Falafel bowls

Snack: Cottage Cheese + Cherry Tomatoes + S&P

Dinner: Sheet pan fajitas

Sunday

Breakfast: Protein pancakes with berry compote

Lunch: Healthy tuna pasta salad

Snack: Baby Carrots + Tzatziki + WW Pita + Roasted Chickpeas

Dinner: Beef stew with potatoes and carrots
